A legal consultation ensures you get the answers to your questions quickly. A fully qualified lawyer who is expert in Spanish immigration and labour law will evaluate your specific situation and provide expert guidance.

Typical questions that can be answered:

What permit or visa do I need to come to Spain?

Am I eligible to get a work permit and what do I need to do?

I am going to be studying/working in Spain, what do I need to do so my family can come with me?

I am buying a house in Spain, what paperwork do I need to do?

You will be able to choose from a consultation by:

Email - includes up to 4 further clarifications of your original question
Telephone - 30 minutes will be scheduled for the consultation and your situation will be analyzed in advance by the lawyers
Face to Face - a consultation scheduled for the duration of 1 hour (currently only available in Madrid)

The consultation does not include:

Any drafting of further documents.
Any negotiations with third-parties or appearance in court.

All services are available in Spanish and English. Email consultations can be provided in French and Dutch.

When you order this service, a lawyer will be assigned within one working day and will contact you to organise the service.
