Shipping
With all products that need shipping you have a choice between certified and non certified delivery. Non certified shipping is cheaper; however certified shipping gives you some protection against orders getting lost. With certified shipping every order needs to be signed for on delivery. This also helps us resolve any problems that may occur. 'Virtual Products' such as calling cards or downloadable documents (such as PDFs) are delivered by email or through a link, which means you can download them directly to your computer.
Delivery Time
For physical products, delivery times are as follows:
Spain: 3 to 5 working days
Europe: 5 to 15 working days
US/Canada: 5 to 15 working days
Rest of world: 7 to 20 working days
The delivery times stated are inflated in order to prevent products arriving too late.
'Virtual products' such as calling cards and downloadable documents are delivered instantly via email or a download link. However, we reserve the right to hold certain automatically identified orders back in order to carry out a 'security check' before delivery. This measure is sometimes used to prevent criminal abuse of stolen credit cards. We understand that on the rare occasions this occurs it may cause inconvenience to real customers and we apologize in advance, but we have been forced to put this measure in place for the security of both ourselves and the victims of stolen credit cards.
Lost Products
It is possible for products to get lost. In these rare cases we can only give a refund when certified shipping was the chosen method of delivery, given that these errors are beyond our control. We advise you to wait for the product at least one full month before contacting us.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Just Landed depend on the items purchased and are displayed when you checkout or choose the 'estimate shipping' option on your shopping cart page. These costs distinguish between certified and normal shipping costs. When orders are sent by certified mail, you have to place a signature when receiving the product.
Returns
Calling cards: We cannot accept any returns of calling cards. These are virtual products that cannot be resold and effectively loose all value the moment we release the PIN number. In the case of a non-functioning product, we ask you to consult the customer services of the provider of the card (the number is available in the email we send with the PIN). If the provider does not resolve the problem for you, you can contact us and we will try to assist.
Mobile phone SIM cards: In the case of a SIM card arriving in a non-functioning state, you can chose to return the card to us with the accompanying packaging within 30 days and we will refund the purchase or send you a new card. In the case of malfunction of the SIM, we recommend you contact the operator who will be able to issue you a new SIM so you retain the phone number.
Downloadable products: Downloadable products cannot be returned for refund. If you have a query on this policy, please contact us.
Other: Physical products can be returned in the original condition within 30 days for a refund. If they include any consumable items such as tickets, mobile phone recharges, calling cards, etc, these must be returned unused and intact. |
